People in your questions
Link family, partners, friends and colleagues to your chart, then ask any question with them in context.
Questions this guide answers
- Can I ask about my wife or my son?
- How do I add a business partner to a question?
- Does it use marriage matching for everyone?
Before you begin
- Save a birth profile for each person you want to include.
- Choose the profile you are asking for as the active profile; it becomes the anchor.
Step by step
- 1
Open Ask and tap People
On the Ask page, use the People control beside your question. Pick a saved profile, choose how they are related to you, and add them. Up to nine people fit in one question.
Expected result: Each person appears as a chip above the question box, and the relation is remembered for next time. Each saved person also shows a one-line season note, so you know before you ask whether this bond is active right now.
- 2
Don't know their birth time? Send them a link
Under Someone new, choose Send them a link, say who they are to you, and share the link on WhatsApp. They enter their own birth date, time and place; nothing else is asked of them.
Expected result: They appear under Your people as soon as they finish, and the link stops working after that. Links expire after two weeks and can be cancelled from the picker.
- 3
Ask, naming the person
Write the question in plain words and name the person or their relation, for example "Will my son do well in his exams?" The answer reads their chart for their life and your chart for what you experience.
Expected result: A short strip at the top of the answer lists the charts that were read, with each person's rising sign, Moon sign and current period, so you can check the right chart was used.
- 4
Manage your people
Open the People page to change or remove a link, review this season's timing for each person, and select people to ask about together.
Expected result: Ask about us opens Ask with the selected people already in context.
Concept diagram
Best use
Open Ask, tap People, and add up to nine saved profiles with how each one is related to you. The relation is remembered for next time.
Ask in plain words, naming the person: their own chart decides their life, your chart decides what you experience from and through them, and cross-chart signals stay supporting.
Marriage-style matching is applied only to a spouse or partner. Everyone else is read through classical house and karaka rules with the evidence class stated.
The People page
The People page lists everyone linked to the active profile, lets you change or remove a link, and shows a plain-language timing strip for this season.
Select up to nine people and choose Ask about us to open Ask with them already in context.
Bond opens a snapshot of one relationship: star-to-star rapport, Moon and rising-sign positions, and any shared timing window, each labelled classical, practitioner, modern or tradition. Share it as an image card. These are supporting signals, not verdicts.
Troubleshooting and recovery
A person cannot be added
Check that their birth profile is saved under your account and that you have not already added nine people. The anchor profile itself cannot be added.
The answer talks about compatibility scores for a colleague or parent
Marriage matching applies only to a spouse or partner. If you see matching language for anyone else, re-check the relation you chose for that person and ask again.
Frequently asked questions
Does adding people cost extra?
No. A question with people in context costs the same single credit as any other Ask, and the free plan can use it.
Can the other person enter their own details?
Yes. Send them a link from the picker. They fill in their birth details on a page that names you and how you added them; the details are stored in your account and the link is single-use.
Where is the relationship stored?
On your account, linked to the profile you asked for. Removing the link never deletes anyone's birth profile.
Terms used in this guide
- Anchor
- The active profile whose chart the question is asked for.
- Supporting signal
- A cross-chart rapport or timing line that informs the answer but never decides it.
