Report history, translation, export, and sharing
Find drafts and completed reports, reopen the correct subject, translate content, continue with follow-ups, and share a privacy-safe artifact.
Questions this guide answers
- Where are my past reports?
- How do I translate or share a report?
- What is the difference between a draft and a completed report?
Before you begin
- Sign in and select the profile associated with the report when the workspace requires it.
Step by step
- 1
Open History
Use the History view in Ask. Search by report title or question, sort oldest or newest, and filter by category. Unfinished items carry a Draft badge.
Expected result: History reflects the selected search, sort order, and category; unfinished items remain visibly marked as drafts.
- 2
Verify subject and state
Confirm the profile, category, timestamp, and whether the item is a draft or completed report before opening it.
Expected result: The displayed profile, category, timestamp, and draft or completed state match the artifact you intend to open.
- 3
Resume or read
Continue an eligible draft or open the complete report. Use loading and not-found recovery rather than starting an immediate duplicate.
Expected result: An eligible draft resumes, a completed report opens, or a clear unavailable state remains visible for recovery.
- 4
Translate or continue
Switch among supported English, Hindi, and Telugu output when available, or ask a follow-up that remains tied to the same report context.
Expected result: When available, the output uses the selected language or the follow-up continues with the same report context.
- 5
Export, share, or delete
Review content and recipient before PDF, WhatsApp, native share, or delivery link. Delete only when the artifact is no longer needed.
Expected result: The chosen export or sharing flow opens for final review, or a deleted artifact no longer appears in History.
Watch the walkthrough
Reopen the correct artifact, inspect supported languages, and review delivery actions. The subject, content, language choices, and safe sharing options are visible before delivery.
Read transcript
Open History and search for the intended report. Confirm the synthetic profile, category, timestamp, and whether the item is a draft or complete.
Open the report and inspect the supported language choices. Re-read names, Jyotish terms, dates, and recommendations before requesting any translation or delivery.
Open Report actions to review Share PDF, WhatsApp, Download PDF, and History. Choose an action only after checking the recipient and visible content.
Draft and complete are different states
A draft can represent an unfinished generation or composer state. A complete report is a saved reading artifact with its available actions.
Draft badges make this distinction visible so an unfinished item is not mistaken for a final deliverable.
Translation preserves subject context
Translation changes the presentation language, not the chart calculation or evidence. Review Jyotish terms and names before sending the translated output.
Use a consistent terminology glossary for client-facing Hindi and Telugu.
Troubleshooting and recovery
A saved report shows an error or not found
Confirm you are signed into the owning account and opened the complete link. Return to History before regenerating.
The translated report uses an unexpected term
Compare the English source and use the approved Vedastram glossary. Regenerate or correct the presentation before client delivery.
Frequently asked questions
Does deleting a report refund credits?
No. Deleting the saved artifact does not reverse the generation that already occurred.
Can I share a report without sharing my account?
Use the supported export or delivery action. Never share account credentials.
Terms used in this guide
