Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Akhil Alur, sole proprietor doing business as Sri Akhil Software Solutions collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use Vedastram.
It applies to the website, dashboard, reports, billing flows, support interactions, and related services.
Data we collect

- Birth and profile data such as date, time, place of birth, gender, timezone, notes, client names, and personalization context you choose to enter.
- Question and report data such as prompts, generated reports, compatibility inputs, saved charts, and follow-up history.
- Billing data such as plan, subscription status, invoices, purchase metadata, tax region, and payment processor identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and device data such as IP address, browser, pages viewed, feature usage, logs, diagnostic events, and approximate location derived from technical signals.

Practitioners, schools, and platforms are responsible for their own client notices, consent records, retention choices, and professional obligations.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide Vedastram, maintain account records, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
You may delete or request deletion of account and profile data, subject to legal, security, backup, tax, accounting, dispute, and fraud-prevention retention requirements.
Your choices and rights

Available request types include access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, grievance review, and parent or guardian consent questions for minor data.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including secure transport, access controls, monitoring, and provider security practices.
No internet service is perfectly secure. Please use a strong password, keep your account private, and notify us if you believe your account or data has been compromised.
International transfers
Vedastram and its providers may process data in India, the United States, the European Economic Area, and other locations where we or our providers operate.

Children
Vedastram is not intended for children to use independently. If a minor's birth details are entered for a family, education, or client workflow, the adult submitting the data is responsible for having appropriate authority and parent or guardian consent.
