Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid Vedastram subscriptions, annual plans, monthly plans, AI credit top-ups, one-time add-ons, and related purchases unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Subscription refunds
- First-time monthly or annual subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and the account has not substantially used paid features, credits, or generated reports.
- Renewals may be eligible when requested within 7 days of the renewal charge and there has been no substantial paid usage in the renewed period.
- After the 7-day review window, subscription charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a verified Vedastram billing error.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but cancellation alone does not refund prior charges.
Credits, top-ups, and add-ons
- Unused AI credit top-ups may be eligible for refund if requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Credits, reports, compatibility analyses, rectification add-ons, or other one-time purchases are generally non-refundable after they are used, consumed, generated, downloaded, or started.
- Promotional credits, free allowances, trial credits, goodwill credits, and expired credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
Immediate digital access
When you request immediate access to digital content, AI credits, generated reports, or one-time add-ons, we may begin performance immediately after checkout.
Consumed reports, used credits, generated outputs, downloaded content, or started add-ons may not be refundable except where required by applicable law or where we confirm a billing or delivery error.
Non-refundable cases
- Refund requests based only on dissatisfaction with an astrology interpretation, prediction outcome, or AI wording after the service was delivered.
- Incorrect results caused by inaccurate birth details, incomplete client data, or user-entered mistakes after paid computation has been used.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, scraping, chargeback abuse, unlawful use, or violation of the Terms.
- Requests submitted after the applicable review period, unless required by law or approved at our discretion.
How to request a refund
- Email sales@vedastram.com from the account email address used for Vedastram.
- Include the transaction date, amount, plan or product purchased, payment receipt, and reason for the request.
- Do not include full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
- We may ask for additional information to verify the account, payment, and usage history.
Processing time
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method whenever possible. After approval, refunds usually appear within 7 to 10 business days, but banks, card networks, wallets, and payment processors may take longer.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we may use another legally permitted refund method.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and correct the issue quickly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to account suspension and loss of access to paid features.
Policy updates
We may update this Refund Policy as Vedastram products, billing providers, or legal requirements change. The posted last-updated date shows when the policy was last revised.
